General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("Member") of the jelly baji platform and the entity operating the service. By using the jelly baji website or app, each member is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the courts and legal framework of Bangladesh shall apply.

jelly baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the website from the date they take effect. Members are advised to review this page regularly on their own initiative.

Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jelly baji, each user must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and such an account may be cancelled at any time.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verifiable and active.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the member's own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jelly baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Sharing login credentials (username and password) with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

All jelly baji services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any betting activity.

Date of birth must be provided at registration, and jelly baji may request proof of age when necessary. If an account is opened by stating a false age, funds deposited in that account may be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons may not use jelly baji's services:

• Those whose accounts have been previously cancelled.
• Those who have opted into a Self-Exclusion policy.
• Those accessing from regions where online betting is legally prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at jelly baji can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from jelly baji is ৳1,000. The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, jelly baji reserves the right to conduct an investigation, and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jelly baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement to use this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and a total of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Another example: a deposit of ৳6,800 will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,800, and the wagering requirement will be ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
• Adding a new bonus before completing the wagering on an existing bonus is possible, but the active bonus may be automatically cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• jelly baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Cashback is given at up to 0.5% for Bronze tier, up to 1.0% for Silver tier, and up to 1.5% for Gold tier. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the jelly baji platform are considered valid only after being verified and approved by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or connection issue, it will be treated as void and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

For sports betting, the data from official result providers shall be considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of related bets will follow standard international betting practice.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jelly baji:

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software for betting.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

7.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member wishing to close their account may request this via jelly baji's 24/7 live chat or email support. Any valid balance in the account must be withdrawn before closure; if a remaining balance is not claimed within the specified time after account closure, it will be forfeited.

7.2 Account Closure by jelly baji

jelly baji may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms.
2. Evidence of fraudulent activity.
3. Registration with false information.
4. Evidence of being underage.
5. Account inactive for a prolonged period.

Security and Privacy

jelly baji treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. All transactions and personal data are kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

Members' information is not shared with third parties, except where required by a lawful request from a law enforcement agency or a judicial directive.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

jelly baji believes that gambling and betting are a form of entertainment, never a source of income. We ask all members to set their own limits and play responsibly. Participation by those under 21 is strictly prohibited.

jelly baji is not responsible for financial losses incurred in betting or casino games. Each member bets at their own risk and wins or losses depend entirely on probability.
